FAQ

❓ What qualifications do I need to become an instructor?

We require instructors to hold at least Certified Flight Instructor (CFI), but prefer those with Certified Flight Instructor Instrument (CFII) or Multi-Engine Instructor (MEI) rating.
Teaching experience is a plus, but not mandatory — passion and clarity matter most.

❓ Can I apply if I’m not a current flight instructor?

Yes. If you have relevant flight certifications and strong subject knowledge in aviation theory (weather, navigation, regulations, ATC, etc.), you can still apply. We’ll assess your teaching potential based on your background.

❓ How do instructors get paid?

Instructors earn revenue through course sales. We integrate with LemonSqueezy for secure global payouts. You’ll receive a share of each course sale, with full transparency and monthly reporting.

❓ Is there any cost to become an instructor?

Nope — it’s completely free to apply, create, and host your courses.
We only take a platform commission from successful course sales, so you only pay when you earn.

❓ Do I have to build the course myself?

Yes, but we provide easy-to-use tools and templates inside our LMS to make it fast and intuitive. You’ll be able to:

Upload videos and quizzes
Organize lessons
Track student progress

We also provide onboarding help if you need it.

❓ Do I retain ownership of my course content?

Absolutely. You maintain full rights to your materials. By publishing on our platform, you grant us permission to host and promote your content, but you remain the content owner.

❓ How long does it take to get approved?

Most applications are reviewed within 1–3 business days. We may follow up with questions or request a short sample of your teaching.
